CallBackProHQ provides an automated missed-call text-back and callback request system for service businesses and contractors.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use.
 

2. Services Provided
 

CallBackProHQ may provide:

  • Automated SMS responses to missed calls

  • Callback request forms and scheduling links

  • Customer text message forwarding

  • Appointment notifications

  • Basic reporting and communication tools

  • Temporary or dedicated phone numbers
     

Service features may change over time.
 

3. No Guarantee of Leads or Revenue
 

CallBackProHQ does not guarantee:

  • increased revenue

  • booked jobs

  • lead conversion

  • customer response rates

  • uninterrupted service availability
     

Our system is intended to help businesses respond faster to missed calls.
 

4. Customer Responsibility
 

Clients are responsible for:

  • responding to leads and customer inquiries

  • maintaining valid contact information

  • complying with local laws and regulations

  • obtaining any required customer consent
     

Clients are also responsible for reviewing messages and callback requests sent through the platform.
 

5. SMS and Communication Services
 

Our services use third-party providers including Twilio and Calendly.

Delivery of SMS messages depends on:

  • mobile carriers

  • recipient devices

  • third-party services

  • internet availability
     

Message delivery is not guaranteed.
 

6. Payments
 

Payments may be processed through Stripe or other third-party payment providers.

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of service.
 

7. Acceptable Use
 

Clients may not use CallBackProHQ to:

  • send spam

  • send fraudulent or misleading messages

  • harass individuals

  • violate telecommunications laws

  • impersonate another business
     

We reserve the right to suspend service for misuse.
 

8. Limitation of Liability
 

CallBackProHQ shall not be liable for:

  • lost profits

  • missed leads

  • service interruptions

  • delayed messages

  • third-party outages

  • indirect or consequential damages
     

Use of the service is at your own risk.
 

9. Cancellation
 

Either party may cancel service at any time.

Outstanding balances remain payable after cancellation.
 

10. Changes to Terms
 

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
